Shantel Kalika
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada
2018 Sportsman Series Champion

In 2016, Shantel made history with the Saskatoon Stock Car Racing Association by becoming the first female to win this division. Now competing in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, she is one of the up and coming racers to watch!

Shantel Kalika is a Prince Albert, Saskatchewan native who is not only paving her way up the ranks in stock car racing, but is also inspiring those around her along the way. Shantel grew up watching her father race and spent her childhood days at the racetrack. To start, she crewed on many teams and spotted for drivers and at the age of 20, got behind the wheel of her first race vehicle and hasn’t looked back since.

Calling Wyant Group Raceway her home track, a 3/8 mile asphalt oval in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Shantel has won multiple races in her short career followed by a Pro Truck Series Championship in 2016 and a Sportsman Series Championship in 2018. The climb in stock car racing, however, did not stop at a local level and in 2018, Shantel also made the leap into Canada’s top racing series and made her debut start in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series, becoming the 10th female to do so.
