AGI Showcases Complete Feed Processing Solutions at 2023 IPPE

Winnipeg, MB, January 23, 2023 – The poultry and livestock feed processing industry has options when it comes to upgrading their milling operations. Ag Growth International Inc. (“AGI”) makes decision-making easy as a leading supplier of storage, material handling, and processing solutions for feed mills and the grain industry worldwide. AGI’s capabilities will be on display at the 2023 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) this week in Atlanta, GA.

“We are excited to attend this flagship event for the feed industry. Today’s customers seek efficient feed processing systems that are customizable and cost-effective,” commented Noam Silberstein, AGI Senior Vice President, Global Feed. “AGI provides complete solutions for the global feed milling industry. Most people don’t realize that AGI has extensive experience delivering equipment and services to the feed sector. We are now focusing our attention on combining AGI’s core storage and handling capabilities with our processing solutions.”

AGI provides equipment and services to a diverse group of feed industry participants including large commercial facilities, on-farm operators, and cooperatives. A number of key differentiators position AGI as a leading global supplier including (1) the ability to deliver solutions through regional hubs in North America, Brazil, Europe, and India, (2) local manufacturing and engineering capabilities to tailor systems for client needs, and (3) a flexible offering from equipment and services to complete solutions as well as numerous financing alternatives.

“Increasingly, clients are requesting complete solutions and AGI is well positioned to deliver the integrated package including storage, handling, and processing solutions,” added Silberstein.

On display in Booth #B6311, AGI will be showcasing its extensive portfolio range including corrugated storage bins, smooth wall and overhead bins, material handling equipment, precision batching/blending, small-scale hammer mills, micro-dosing systems, aeriation/dust control, and hazard monitoring. Guests can watch a complete material handling and feed processing system in action or speak to a member of AGI’s international team (in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian) with decades of expertise in feed milling technology.

AGI will also have more information available on the FLEXmill, a uniquely packaged precision feed blending system that offers an economical solution for on-farm or small capacity commercial feed manufacturing. Updated with a streamlined, pack-and-ship design for sea crates, the FLEXmill can process batches of 1,000 kilograms with a capacity of 8 to 12 tonnes per hour. The FLEXmill features a fully automated control system for minimal operator intervention and maintains detailed records for traceability and quality assurance. Other features include a 40 to 75 horsepower hammermill, micro dosing system for accurate weighing of low-inclusion products, horizontal paddle style mixer, transfer loop drag conveyor for superior clean out of products, and multiple scales for simultaneous weighing of grain, micro, and protein ingredients.

“More than anything our team looks forward to speaking with all potential customers and feed mill operators at IPPE. These are both exciting and challenging times for the agricultural community,” noted Silberstein. “With global population growth, there is an increased demand for food and feed. AGI’s deep experience in the grain and feed sector and our manufacturing capabilities make us uniquely suited to meet the needs of this changing industry.”
