Face masks are a great way to protect ourselves and others from Covid-19. That is why AGI Westfield and Batco/Swift Current worked together to construct face shields for health care professionals at Saskabilites. It is important that the wonderful people, who give so much to the community, are safe so they can continue to make this world a better place!
After matching donations from the organization's summer BBQ fundraiser, AGI Westfield generously donated $10,000 to the budding Small Town Kids Daycare in Rosenort, MB. This donation was able to help this up-and-coming daycare start the renovation process for their facility. This small town looks forward to the opening of its first daycare facility!
As part of the AGI’s Charity Challenge, AGI and Union Iron demonstrated teamwork and collaboration by joining forces with the Decatur, Illinois, and Macon County communities to help combat hunger. This year, the 18th Annual WSOY Food Drive challenged the entire community to raise over 1.5 million pounds of food, and we did just that with a grand total of 1.69 million pounds of food and monetary donations.
AGI Fertilizer Systems recognized that recent social distancing restrictions due to COVID 19 didn’t allow graduating students to celebrate the completion of their hard work, so they stepped up and helped them celebrate. AGI Yargus provided the graduating children of employees with customized laser-cut plaques in honor of their graduation, gift cards and personalized cards for each graduate. AGI is proud to support the resilient class of 2020 and congratulates its achievements!
