Winnipeg, MB, January 26, 2026 — AGI (Ag Growth International), a global provider of storage, handling and processing solutions for grain, feed, seed and fertilizer has delivered its first AGI FLEXmill™ systems to customers in the United States, marking an important milestone in expanding modular feed-production technology across the country.
“Producers are looking for flexible ways to increase capacity without major construction,” says Noam Silberstein, AGI Senior Vice President, Global Food & Feed. “The AGI FLEXmill system solves real facility challenges with a compact, configurable design that delivers consistent, high-quality feed.”
Developed for today’s on-farm and commercial feed-production operations, the FLEXmill feed-processing system delivers precise batching, efficient grinding, advanced micro‑dosing and streamlined material handling in a compact, modular footprint.
Last year, AGI partnered with regional dealers to install the first AGI FLEXmill system at a poultry operation in the Mid-Atlantic. The project showed how a FLEXmill’s low-profile, modular design can upgrade feed production in existing buildings with minimal disruption while delivering commercial-grade batching consistency for on-farm feed production.
In 2026, AGI will continue building its FLEXmill footprint across the United States through new on-farm installations and a feed processing facility at the University of Wyoming’s Laramie Research and Extension Center (LREC). The LREC project will transform the research center’s grain storage, material handling and feed processing capabilities.
The AGI FLEXmill system delivers a clear advantage for on-farm‑ feed operations. “Farmers need solutions that fit existing buildings with minimal interruption,” says Shawn Conway, AGI Director of Commercial Execution & Product Transfer, Global Feed. “The FLEXmill’s bolt-together‑, modular design installs quickly, and its multiple ingredient scales enable simultaneous batching to maximize throughput. The system’s efficient layout boosts batching speed and can reach capacities of up to 10 metric tons per hour.”
The U.S. rollout underscores AGI’s commitment to delivering efficient and scalable feed ‑production solutions across North America.
“With more than 50 years of global experience in feed-milling‑ systems, AGI brings an integrated approach to storage, handling and processing,” says Conway. “The AGI FLEXmill is a core part of that capability, providing precise and reliable performance for on-farm‑ and commercial operations. We see strong momentum ahead.”
To address the growing interest in configural feed processing, AGI is hosting educational sessions in Booth A1515, Hall A at this week’s 2026 IPPE Expo in Atlanta, GA: AGI FLEXmill: Configurable Feed Processing (Jan. 27, 3 p.m. EST, McKenna Baron, AGI System Support Engineer) and Cost-Saving Opportunities When Properly Sizing a Storage & Batching System (Jan. 28, 10 a.m. EST, Pierre-Yves Adeux, AGI Food Senior Consultant).
