AGI is committed to the highest standards of product quality and business integrity. AGI requires all of its suppliers and employees to conduct themselves with the highest standards of honesty, fairness, and integrity, complying with all applicable laws and avoiding even the appearance of impropriety. 

AGI expects all employees, customers, partners, suppliers, shareholders, and stakeholders to raise any concerns in a prompt fashion. AGI strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern or who assists in any manner in an investigation.

AGI employees should raise concerns to their direct supervisor, their Human Resource Business Partner, or to a member of the AGI leadership team.
