Bucket Elevators

Standard elevator sizes and capacities as well as custom designs for special applications.

Suitable for conveying many bulk materials like grain, fertilizer, livestock and poultry feed ingredients, aggregates, and other free flowing bulk materials. For energy-efficient and gentle handling.
Choice of powder coat, galvanized or stainless steel. Low impact teardrop design heads with bolt-together head and boot design. 10′ inspection sections with multiple visual door locations, and more.
The AGI C-Line bucket elevator is suitable for farm applications and some light-commercial applications. The C-Line bucket elevator can handle whole grains up to 10,400 bph and discharge heights to 150 ft.
Capacities up to 280 M.T.P.H. at 75% loading. Smaller and larger capacities available. Heavy duty component construction minimizes the need for external stiffeners.
Best suited for use in small storage plants, to transport cereals.
Used for the harvesting and re-delivery of crops in medium-sized storage plants.
Widely used in mills, malt-breweries, and feed mills to convey cereal, flours, and other by-products.
Vertical transport of granular or dusty products, constructed from carbon steel sheets.
Commonly used in medium-size storage plants with massive working cycles.
Best suited for the vertical transport of granular or dusty products in plants with massive working cycles.
Ideal usage in situations where high capacities are demanded and massive loading cycles are foreseen
Typically installed in large storage plants, port terminals and in plants for the production of bio-fuels
Particularly suitable for the high capacity conveyance of cereal and oil seeds in big storage plants with massive loading cycles
Used to transport products over significant heights (up to 60 m) without damage. Fully closed and sealed machinery (no dust emissions). Low energy consumption. Strong and reliable machinery.
Capacities from 60 to 1500 TPH to load overhead conveyor systems, storage tanks, blend towers, overhead tanks, direct truck/rail and bag hoppers.
