The Opportunity  

We are actively seeking a Sales Order Coordinator to join our growing Finance team at Suretrack, a division of AGI. In this role, you will support the finance team by coordinating all order entry and sales reporting for the division.  In addition, you will collaborate with other departments within Suretrack to ensure accuracy of customer information, data from sales orders and data from warranty claims.  We will also rely on you to require all others are following proper process in these areas. 

The Team

We are a dynamic team of 3 financial professionals from varied backgrounds. You will also be working closely with the sales team, the Customer Service team and with the shipping department as they ship the orders that are entered. The Sales Order coordinator will report directly to the Division Controller. 


The Sales Order Coordinator provides and receives information and guidance from the Finance Team to perform their functions of their position, including but not limited to the following:

  • Sales order entry into accounting software. Attention to detail to agree all unit prices, terms, shipping information, etc. are accurate and entered appropriately.
  • Enter multi-currency sales orders (sales going to Canada / Australia / Brazil, etc.)
  • New customer creation into accounting software
  • Verify credit approvals are in place
  • Verify and attach sales price approval in accounting software. Ability to cross-reference pre-approved pricing programs
  • Enter warranty and maintenance quotes including the shipping and invoicing of those quotes
  • Process credit card payments
  • Reconcile and report discrepancies found in the records
  • Manage dealer credits
  • Sales data analysis by geography, by sales person and by type (Dealer / Direct / Strategic)
  • Enter multi-currency sales orders


  • A college degree/diploma or equivalent experience in a similar capacity
  • A professional and positive attitude and approach to work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Accurate and quick data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills with a knowledge of common accounting programs
