The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Field Service Administrator to join our growing Field Service Team at Suretrack, a division of AGI. In this role, you will directly oversee Field Services Inventory management, quoting verification, case assignment, KPI data collection, and all tasks encompassed therein. In addition, you will partner with Field Service managers in communicating with quoting issues and work seamlessly with all departments in AGI Suretrack.  During your weekly duties you will collect and analyze data; you will also participate in analysis for efficiency and trending issues decks for the Staff and Executive Team, therefore accuracy and collaboration with our partner teams is required.

The Team

We are a remote customer facing team of 25 focusing on Industry Leading Maintenance and Installation services. We collaborate closely with our Customer Experience, Production, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure success. You will directly report to the Director of Field Services – AGI Suretrack and indirectly report to the Regional Installation Managers and Maintenance/Warranty Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review weekly efficiency reports
  • Review new purchase and warranty quotes
  • Direct contact with customers to confirm locations and orders
  • Verify receipt of equipment and status of job site
  • Correctly assign cases based on the quotes you’ve verified
  • Direct reporting of issues or errors with Customer Experience, Sales and Management team
  • Review and confirm daily spare parts used for each team member
  • Lock quotes for accounting and track to resolution
  • Assist Warranty Manager in tracking returned parts and replenishing parts used by Field Service Team
  • Document and report trending issues regarding component failures
  • Compose quarterly and annual KPI reports
  • Facilitate Dealer Training Scheduling

Qualifications 

  • Associates degree or higher-level of education.  Preference to those with an administration, data entry or business designation or comparable experience
  • Basic Data Entry experience
  • Basic Knowledge of O365 applications with an emphasis in Excel
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in administration
  • A professional and positive attitude and approach to work
  • Experience with various quoting or inventory tracking systems
  • Experience working with ERP systems and implementation
