4" wide corrugation and G115 galvanized steel means Westeel bins are 25% heavier than the industry standard, resulting in greater protection against the elements and longer bin life. Sheets are rolled from high strength, 65,000 PSI tensile steel, allowing for stronger, yet lighter sheets; therefore, fewer seams for improved weather protection.

Westeel’s roof has been designed for faster assembly and improved overall strength. The advanced roof design provides up to 63% more compressive strength which results in increased peak load capacity. The design also provides up to 124% greater bend resistance resulting in greater snow load capacity over conventional roof designs.
