Batco Belt Conveyors and equipment are built tough to perform, yet designed and engineered for gentle handling of delicate seeds and commodities. 

UCX³ U-Trough Belt Conveyor:

• 10 inch U-Trough
• 15 inch belt
• 49 foot length
• Capacity up to 12,500 BPH (340 TPH) with canola under ideal conditions
• Capacity up to 10,000 BPH with wheat and peas

Features:

• All Farm Commodity System: belt brush, two belt scrapers and the turbo clean wash system
• Direct Xᵀᴹ Belt with Double Edge Seal: Ensures a tight seal between the flashing and the belt without impeding grain flow
• All New S-Drive: easily adjusted with normal tools, you no longer run the risk of over-tightening the pinch roller bearings with the help of the belt take-up
• Redesigned Hopper: To keep grain where it should be and reduce spillage,  the hopper features urethane seals, a stiffened hopper cloth, urethane flashing and a 32" parallel width for the full working length
• IBEX Mover Kit: Redesigned with a built-in braking system, a 160° turning radius for tight yards, better traction, and a drop-and-go wheel move for quick set up
