Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyors carry bulk material on a continuous belt loop supported by idler rollers. Belt conveyors are well suited for moving materials a long distance with a low power requirement and gentle handling.

This AGI product line is suitable for conveying many bulk materials including grain and grain by products, fertilizer, livestock and poultry feed ingredients and other free flowing bulk material

Transports at a high capacity with low waste. Self-cleaning avoids contamination between products, gentle with delicate products like rice. Solid frame and low maintenance costs.

For cereal, oil seeds, rice, flours, seeds, and delicate products. Used for loading flat stores (of small sizes), to avoid the contamination between different products and to avoid material damage.

For transport of high capacities of cereal, oil seeds, rice, flours, seeds, delicate products. Mainly used for loading storage centers like silos or flat stores and/or loading of ships at sea terminals.

Belt conveyors are used to transfer or extract granulated or powdered products along a straight horizontal or sloping trajectory.

The LAYCOTE Automated Coating System comes in 200 and 400 Series models that allows for coating at a rate of 200 US TPH and up to 400 US TPH (181 mt/hr– 362 mt/hr).

Yargus' Shuttle Conveyor, at approximately half the size of a conventional conveyor, does the same amount of work at capacities from 60 to 1500 TPH.

The Tripper Conveyor is operated manually to discharge product to the left, right or the end and designed to load individual bins by moving over the top of bins on the Layco Stationary Conveyor.

Operating as a self-powered reversible conveyor, Yargus' Tripslinger travels the full length of the warehouse on the Layco Stationary Conveyor.
