The New Layco Performance Mixer adds new capabilities to our blending options with High Performance mixing that is predictable, repeatable and reliable.
The small high production system mixes and coats product at a quick rate through dual 50 HP motors with a capacity of up to 8 tons. The patented design of rotor paddle system containing at least 12 paddles turns at a slow speed of 300 feet per minute.
The low intensity, high quality consistent blending yields results without damage to the product through degradation or heat generation. Spray impregnation systems are also available on the unit for thorough coating capabilities. The Layco Performance Mixer is available in 304 or 316 stainless steel with a variety of finish levels to suit each application.
