The brand new Hi-Tech Rice Whitener machines have been developed to ensure the optimal performance to reduce process loss. These models are user-friendly in operation and installation. Their unique designs are versatile for all varieties of paddy processing.
The brown rice enters through an inlet and a feed screw distributes the rice evenly from its spiral threads into a polishing chamber. A set of conical shaped abrasive wheels and metal screens are positioned vertically in such a way that the bran is removed with little friction between the abrasive wheel and metal screen. There is a set of brakes between the screen to change the rice grain rotation.
Grain gets polished while passing from top to bottom. The rice grains get polished, and the outer layer bran is gently removed. Due to its uniqueness in the abrasive wheels’ shape and position, the rice and tip breakage is very minimal, helping to enhance the final yield. A common hand wheel is provided to adjust the parallel gap between grinding wheels and brake all at once.
When the diameter of the abrasive wheels’ wears-out beyond the limit, the entire grinding wheel assembly can be lifted-up to maintain the gap between screen and grinding. This will enhance the utilization of the wheels for optimum level.
