Our range of FTM high pressure filters have been engineered to guarantee the lowering of dust during the unloading of vehicles in the receiving hopper.
The FTM series of filters conform to the following standards:
- 2006/46/CE Instructions
- 94/9/CE ATEX Instructions for plants in area 22
The basic unit includes:
- A lower element to capture dusty air over the hopper protection grill
- A speed monitor system at the entrance
- A slide for the lowered dust directly into the hopper
- An upper element containing the straining mass, the electro valves group, the compressed air tank, the centrifugal fan and an access door for maintenance

Electronic control unit
Each filter has an electronic control unit to automatically clean the arms by cyclic blowing of counter-current compressed air
Solutions at a low cost
Spacer elements are available (without straining mass, electro valves and fan), to work alternately with the straining units, for efficient solutions at a lower cost
