The Opportunity 

AGI is looking for a hard working, motivated team player to work as a Sales Coordinator for the International Sales Execution Team. In this role, you will provide sales support for quotes and active orders and should be able to communicate in English and Spanish.

The Team 

The role will report to the Sales Execution Manager and work closely with the quote and project coordinators for LATAM and APAC.


  • Assist the Technical Sales Coordinator with RFQ’s
  • Prepare quotes and consolidate AGI Proformas
  • Assist the LATAM and APAC Project Coordinators in providing administrative support on various international orders
  • Establish work priorities and ensure quote deadlines and orders lead times are met
  • Process new orders and track delivery dates
  • Manage and coordinate after sales processes for projects sold internationally
  • Make sure that company procedures and policies are followed by the sales team in the quoting and order placement processes
  • Maintain organized records for quotes and active orders, following the company’s folder’s structure
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend, take notes, and follow-up on outstanding items
  • Communicate with customers by phone or email to follow up on active orders, payments, outstanding issues, and delivery dates


  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 software including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word. 
  • Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strongly skilled in problem solving, customer service, multitasking, and time management
  • Desire to learn and ability to think analytically
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, initiative, and strong work ethic
