The Opportunity

As a member of the CMC US Commercial Sales Team, you will provide a high level of support pertaining to all aspects of SureTrack/CMC’s US office and customer service needs.  You will be in contact with current and prospective customers, and in a key position to influence their brand experience, therefore this position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

The Team

Part of the SureTrack CMC US Commercial Sales Team & you will report to the Director of Commercial Sales – SureTrack/CMC.

Responsibilities

  • Order entry (M2M)
    • Customer order acknowledgement emails (includes working closely with production & communicate late orders).
  • RMA entry (M2M)
  • Receive RMAs
    • Parts count
    • Inspection
    • Package and ship BC if required
  • CRM data entry and maintenance (shared with inside sales support)
  • Coordinate and collate MN office expenses and send to corporate monthly
  • Inventory management
    • Request parts replenishment from BC
    • Manage counts (monthly MN warehouse & techs)
    • Organize and maintain inventory in a neat, orderly manner
    • Receive parts – count and merge into MN
  • Shipping/receiving
    • Receiving shipments (inventory, RMAs, etc.)
    • Packing & labelling of outbound shipments
    • Drop off at UPS or schedule pickup
  • Inside Sales Support – Answer parts quote request and incoming customer inquiries.
  • General office duties
    • Shipping supplies
    • Office supplies
    • Mail distribution
    • Phone call distribution
    • Manage and mail rent checks
    • Maintain organization memberships up to date
    • Set up lunches/meetings
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing Assistant
  • Other reasonable office duties as required

Qualifications 

  • 2-year degree or 4 years equivalent, relevant real work experience is required
  • Experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
  • MS Office Suite with emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • Must be detail oriented is approach to all tasks and projects
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to promote the CMC brand in an articulate manner
  • Leadership skills
