The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the creation, adaptation and clearance of regional marketing initiatives, content development, sales support material and local management of social media content in accordance with all AGI standards, brand & design guidelines, and corporate marketing approvals.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, highly organized, and highly collaborative team player, someone who enjoys a fast-moving, complex entrepreneurial environment and is able to juggle many duties that require both local and global coordination and approval.   You must be comfortable working in highly technical environments, collaborating with sales, engineering and various types of design, construction, and product management teams.  You will have experience in digital marketing, social media, programmatic display, and SEO/SEM and be fluent in creating various types of content as well as adapting that content to local languages and cultural conditions.

The Team

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, SEA, you will work closely with the local marketing team as well as the global marketing team in Canada including the Director of Marketing, Manager of International Marketing, and Manager of Social Media. 


  • Assist with planning and executing of sales and marketing projects, including product launches.
  • Lead translation and adoption of original and adapted materials into regional languages and contexts.
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager to create tailored content for several Asian markets.
  • Create and translate social and digital media campaigns to local languages using Adobe InDesign software.
  • Maintain and contribute to AGI website content and online campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales and engineer teams to develop and update brochures, sales sheets, website content, social media, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including shot list development and scripting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of exhibitions in SEA and prioritize to attend them.
  • Organize successful exhibitions and customer seminars as per corporate guidelines.
  • Provide dealer and customer support as needed including advertising, web maintenance, signage, and events.
  • Gather competitive market intelligence for strategic sales analysis.
  • Coordinate and creative written materials including direct mail and email campaigns
  • Coordinate and order marketing materials
  • Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and planning.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all internal teams as well as external agencies, dealers, and customers.
  • Additional tasks as required.


  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional collaboration, team membership and cross-cultural sensitivity skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in Bahasa / Vietnamese / Burmese are valuable assets
  • Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • 2-4 years of previous marketing experience
  • Graduate Education required
