The Customer Experience Agent is the front-line primary contact with customers and product end users. The TSSR attends to customer queries and concerns, provides them with information, and receives product orders. The role is also responsible for the accurate and timely updating of Westeel’s current ERP system.
The Customer Experience Agent reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager and is part of a team of eight.
