The Opportunity

In this role, you will work with the Software Applications team to design and improve the software that our customers use. The Software Applications team within AGI SureTrack creates the applications that collect and translate data from our Agricultural IoT devices to information that our customers can use and make sense of.

Duties will range from wireframing, designing, and building out comps using Figma and other tools to collaborate with developers. You will work directly with a Product Manager to understand their product vision and translate it into applications that our customers love.

The Team

Reporting to the Team Lead, this role will work with a dynamic team of talented, energetic individuals in a highly collaborative environment.


  • UI design for our responsive web and mobile interfaces for the products our customers interact with, as well as internal tools.
  • Create wireframes / mockups for multiple device layouts using Figma.
  • Work directly with application developers and UX, design interfaces of new features, and improve the look of existing interfaces.
  • Translate wireframes into a finished product design.
  • Participate in the product design process.
  • Use or create components in our design system to ensure a unified look and feel throughout our products.
  • Work with existing brand guidelines and collaborate with the Marketing team to improve when needed.


  • A relevant college education and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience designing apps or websites.
  • An online portfolio showcasing beautiful interfaces and the thinking behind them.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Quick learner - You love to learn and can quickly pick up tools and put them to use.
  • Excellent at communicating your ideas and gathering requirements.
  • Amazing interface design skills - Able to translate requirements to interfaces that are a joy for customers to use.
  • A heavy focus on improving the Customer Experience.
  • Detail focused - while understanding the importance of getting a product shipped.
  • Comfortable speaking to Customers and Customer Support staff
