The Opportunity

As a Software Developer, you will be working with the latest back-end and front-end technologies, integration tools and emerging low-code platforms. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing global company.

The Team

Reporting to the Director, IT Applications, the Software Developer will be responsible to contribute to the development and maintenance of various software products and platforms.


  • Work on agile project and operational software teams to deliver technology that enables important business outcomes
  • Develop Web applications using modern technology stacks including Angular and .NET
  • Develop solutions using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps
  • Develop customized solutions in SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA
  • Compile timely and accurate technical documentation
  • Ensure that new code conforms to coding and testing standards
  • Develop and maintain system integrations with ETL and ESB tools
  • Work with DBAs, IT and DevOps to make sure all infrastructure requirements are ready prior to production release
  • Assist QA Analysts with the developing of Quality Assurance test cases
  • Share your ideas in technical design and architecture discussions
  • Develop your craft and build your expertise in software development



  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent mix of training and experience
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Software Developer
  • C#/.NET Framework/Core
  • Web API, MVC, Windows Services
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Core front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Awareness of good UX/UI design principles
  • Ability to write testable, modular code
  • A proven understanding of software design patterns
  • Familiarity of modern web application build infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Angular and/or React considered an asset
  • Experience with source control tools such as GitHub and/or Azure DevOps considered an asset
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform considered an asset
  • Experience with SharePoint considered an asset
