Project Implementation & Commissioning

Once projects are approved we offer a seamless design / build alternative that includes:

Detailed designs of new machinery and plant modifications. Designs are supported by SolidWorks and AutoCAD and carefully reviewed prior to implementation. With today’s limited shut-down windows all steps need to be taken to avoid time-consuming last minute rework in the field.

Project management by knowledgeable personnel. Clients are provided one point of contact and all aspects of the project are handled by technical personnel familiar with the original details of the design. This contrasts with project management offered by companies as a standalone service where “project managers” are generalists and not familiar with the technical detail behind designs and installations.

Installation services across Canada. We have working relationships with local millwrights, electricians, welders etc. in most major cities.

On-site project management during installation and commissioning. We will be on site during the all important start-up period to ensure that equipment performance is consistent with designs. We will help familiarize operators with new machinery and processes as well as ensure that critical technical documentation is available for future maintenance.

Problem Identification and Alternative Solutions

Our on-site evaluations will provide insight into operating efficiencies, product yields, waste management and other key parameters.

Once problem areas are identified, we can recommend alternative solutions to remedy the situation. With years of active involvement in energy auditing behind us, our recommendations are always evaluated with total system energy efficiency in mind.

Project Feasibility Studies

Once a solution has been agreed upon we can provide conceptual designs and budgets, equipping clients with the information needed to make decisions regarding capital expenditures and project timelines.
