They can be customized to suit specific speed requirements and can provide three distinct types of desired output on the basis of the customer’s selection: (i) paddy, (ii) brown rice, and (iii) a mixture of paddy and brown rice. The stainless steel construction ensures minimal wear and tear of the trays and other components.

Paddy and Brown rice separation is attained by its differential density. The separated products are discharged via three outlets for brown rice, paddy and a mixture of paddy and rice. The paddy is recycled in the Pneumatic Sheller but, the mixture of paddy and rice is recycled in Tray Separator itself.
