Dealer Rewards Trip: FAQs

Who can participate?
The program is open to authorized AGI dealers in good standing. To stay eligible:
・Your AGI account must be current, with no balances over 60 days past due at the time of travel.
・You must be actively selling AGI products during both the baseline and qualifying periods.

What time periods does the program cover?
・Baseline Period: December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2025
・Qualifying Period: December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026
・Travel Dates: February 1–5, 2027

How do I qualify?
・Your dealership qualifies based on program criteria set by AGI and shared with by your Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
・If you have multiple locations, you are considered one entity, and eligibility is based on combined sales across all locations.
*NOTE: If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your AGI TSM.

Will I get updates on where my dealership stands on eligibility targets?
・Yes. Your Territory Sales Manager has details and will keep you updated regularly.
・If you ever have questions or want an update more frequently, please reach out anytime— we are here to help.

How are baseline and qualifying sales calculated?
・Baseline sales = total verified AGI sales from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025.
・Qualifying sales = total verified AGI sales from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026.
・AGI will confirm all sales before final qualification is determined.

Do returns, credits or cancelled orders count?
・No. Returns, credits and cancelled orders do not count toward your sales totals for either period.

Who verifies the sales numbers?
・AGI reviews and verifies all sales used for qualification. We may also audit our dealer records to ensure accuracy.
