Features
Key Features
'G' style head'G' style head sections come with a plug internal flap and switch
Pre-assembledAll conveyor sections are pre-assembled, match-marked and dowel-pinned for field assembly
Durable finishAvailable in hot-dip galvanized, liquid-painted, or stainless-steel execution, these finishes allow installation in a wide range of applications and operating environments. Typical installations include grain terminals, processing and crushing plants, and extraction facilities, where excellent corrosion protection together with good resistance to chemicals and solvents is required
Wear reductionAbrasion-resistant steel liners, thickness range 6–10 mm, with a hardness grade that can range between 400 and 500 HBW. All liners are secured using welded studs attached to the outside of the liner plates, eliminating fastening points and potential wear locations on the internal liner surface
Easy accessThe head and tail housing assemblies are split to provide easy access for inspection and maintenance. Both sections are equipped with inspection doors, allowing periodic wear checks and facilitating routine maintenance activities
External bearingsSplit housing bearings are mounted outboard on both the head and tail sections. This arrangement provides easy access for inspection, lubrication, maintenance, and replacement while keeping the bearings isolated from the material handling area
AdjustableAdjustable take-up bearings are provided on the tail section to ensure proper chain tensioning and to compensate for chain elongation over time. Both the head and tail shafts are fitted with Reno packing gland seals, providing effective sealing
Split sprocketsAll sprockets are supplied in a split design and feature lifting holes for safe handling and maintenance. The tooth profiles are induction hardened to 54–57 HRC to maximize wear resistance and service life. The split construction allows the sprockets to be reversed when worn, effectively providing double service life
Knuckle & Studbush ChainAvailable with either cotter-constructed knuckle and stud-bush chain or welded bush chain, depending on the application requirements. Cotter-constructed chains allow easy disassembly and removal of individual chain links, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Attachments are supplied as either welded attachment bars or L-profile scrapers, selected according to the conveyed material and operating conditions
Easy removalEasy removal Conveyor "By-Pass" inlets have a bolted side plate construction to ease removal/replacement of the internal liner plates without removal of the feed spout and or transition
Robotically weldedAll intermediate sections are pinned and robotically welded in fixtures to ensure squareness and length
