Key Features
Pre-assembled
All conveyor sections are pre-assembled, match-marked and dowel-pinned for field assembly. With proper rigging practices, Intermediate Sections can be assembled and shipped in multiples up to 12m lengths.
Durable finish
Mild steel conveyors are standard HOT dipped galvanised. Abrasion resistant steel will be liquid painted. A full painted conveyor finish is an option. Stainless steel will be passivated after cleaning.
Wear reduction
All liners use welded studs attached to the exterior of the liner plates to eliminate wear points on the inside of the liners
Easy access
Head and tail housing assemblies are split for easy access
Mounted bearings
Outboard-mounted bearings on the head section, guards installed acc machine directive to protect from rotating parts
Adjustable
SKF take-up bearings on the tail section. Shaft seals are a Rino adjustable "packing-gland" split type as a standard. Re-greaseable seals as an option
Bulk Flo style head
Bulk Flo style head sections will have, depending on product and angle of incline, a flared head section to help full product discharge.
Split sprockets
All internal conveyor sprockets are split and induction hardened. Split sprockets can be "turned around" for double life. "Walking Tooth Sprockets" are used where applicable
Cotter-constructed
Conveyor chains are all Cotter-constructed for ease of removal
Inspection doors
Inspection doors fitted on head/tail and casing cover. All with safety mesh
Laser
All sheet metal to be laser cut in house
Liquid and Vapor Tight design
Specifically for the oilseed processing plants a fully welded construction, to create a Vapor Tight construction. Head and tails to have full-width inspection doors
