Paul Brisebois is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Paul has over 25+ years of agriculture experience in sales, marketing, business development and operations, he joined AGI in 2012 and oversees AGI’s operations in North America Farm and Global Portables. Mr. Brisebois holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Nicolle Parker is the Senior Vice President, Finance. She joined AGI in 2000 and leads all financial functions around the world. Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Cristiano Carpin
Senior Vice President, ROW (EMEA, India, Asia)
Cristiano Carpin is the Senior Vice President, ROW (EMEA, India, Asia).
He joined AGI in 2016 with the FRAME acquisition and has worked closely with AGI to integrate FRAME, PTM, and TRAMCO Europe while transforming these operations into efficient, customer-centric operations. Under his guidance the EMEA team has expanded their customer base to deliver sales services, quoting, engineering, and sales execution beyond EMEA to include LATAM, India, and Asia.
Mr. Carpin holds Master in Business Administration from CUOA University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Padua and has an extensive background in organization, sales and manufacturing.

Ryan Kipp is the Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. He joined AGI in 2016 and serves as AGI’s general counsel, secretary to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all legal functions around the world. Mr. Kipp holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Thompson Rivers University.

Mr. Paterson has a BSc in Agricultural Science and a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer and registered professional agrologist.
