The primary purpose of aeration is the temperature control of grain while preventing spoilage, allowing high moisture grain to be stored safely until it is convenient to be dried – even well after harvest has been completed.

The inclusion of low temperature grain dryers allow 24 hour grain drying when high humidity conditions prevail. The heaters are easily installed between the fan and the bin. In some cases, natural drying of the crop can be achieved with high air flow and favourable climatic conditions.
