Responsibilities: 

Digital Marketing Strategy 

  • Collaborate with full marketing team to plan, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns tied to measurable business objectives
  • Provide direction to the creation of AGI’s online content marketing initiatives including mobile, video, online advertising, email, SEO and SEM
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to AGI corporate website

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs in support of business objectives for digital campaigns
  • Provide ongoing management of AGI Website and website rebuild
  • Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms to create, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives
  • Initiate digital and content management strategies that address multiple target audiences across a comprehensive customer journey map
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Online Community Engagement 

  • Design and execute social media marketing campaigns that are rooted in solid strategy, segmentation, targeting, acquisition and the development of ongoing dealer, end-user and corporate relationships.  

Digital, Web and Customer Analytics 

  • Partner with AGI vendors to build behavioral and performance reporting
  • Deploy audience targeting, A/B and multivariate testing and measurement for strategic digital campaigns 

Requirements 

  • BA and/ or post-secondary degree 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Strong understanding and experience in marketing automation, community marketing, ecommerce,
  • SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Previous experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to travel nationally and globally 10-15% of the time
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment 
  • Comfort in working individually, within a team and also with senior management
